Sheldon Strominger DDS – Graduated City College of New York, B.S. Doctor of Dental Surgery from New York University College of Dentistry, 1963. Captain United States Army Dental Corps in charge of dependent dentistry for officers and dependents. After two years as an associated dentist opened private solo practice in Queens, NY. Several years later moved into partnership in Manhattan. Partnership ended when other dentist was disabled and retired. Moved practice to present location in 1988. During the next 4 years in addition to private practice in New York also served as attending dentist to extended care facilities doing geriatric dentistry with a mobile dental service with extensive emphasis on care for medically compromised patients in all phases of dentistry especially removable prosthetics. After my former associate passed away, my practice was merged with my current associate Dr. Gary Tomack.
My vision has always been to take part in a team oriented practice where patients are treated ethically, efficiently, and effectively. Within a relaxed environment that is patient friendly, with state-of-the-art equipment and technology. With Dr. Tomack I have achieved my goal.
